About the course
This course was created by Dr Angela Genoni, PhD, who has spent 20 years studying nutrition, the gut microbiome and their impact on human health. She's seen firsthand the harms that diet culture has created and, as a parent of three teenage boys who also lives a hectic life, wanted to create something more meaningful and compassionate for people who want science, but crave kindness and simplicity.
Her approach starts with understanding your body and your circumstances, then finding practical steps that feel manageable for you. She gently unpacks common gut health myths and misinformation, without judging you for things you may have tried or advice you may have followed.
There's no pressure to eat perfectly, cut out more and more foods or feel that better health depends on an ever-growing collection of supplements.

Why choose us
Gut health is a minefield of misinformation and strict diets that are not achievable for most people. Bloat relief brings together scientific understanding and compassionate, practical support, without all the confusion.
Compassion comes first. I help people understand their symptoms without blame, guilt or pressure to eat perfectly. Changes are approached with curiosity and kindness, taking individual circumstances into account.
I gently unpack common gut health myths and misinformation, without making anyone feel judged for advice they've followed. I explain the science in everyday language, helping people feel less overwhelmed and more confident about what deserves their attention.
I focus on practical food and lifestyle foundations, helping people move away from feeling they need an evergrowing collection of supplements. I explain where supplements may have a role, where evidence is limited and when individual advice is needed.
I guide people to explore their own symptoms, habits and needs, then choose manageable changes and review what works for them. The aim is to build lasting skills and confidence without unnecessary restrictions or complicated routines.

BONUS SESSION 02
The bacterial superfood almost no one talks about.
In the first few sessions, students can expect a clearer understanding of what might be contributing to their bloating and a practical starting point. This can help ease the confusion around food and the pressure to keep cutting things out or trying another supplement.
Over the following days and weeks, students may begin to recognise patterns in their symptoms and identify small changes that support more comfortable digestion. Some may notice less bloating, reduced fullness after meals or more regular bowel habits, although the timing and degree of improvement will vary.
With continued practice, the aim is greater confidence in managing bloating, fewer unnecessary food restrictions and more freedom to enjoy food and everyday life.
"I look at health information completely differently now. My motivation for including fibre has changed now that I understand what my gut actually needed and the differences between the types of fibre. Angela's enthusiasm is also infectious"
"Everything makes so much sense! I actually have a bit of a new appreciation for my body now too, which is huge because I've been struggling with all of this for so long"
"I’ve had so many 'Aha' moments during this program and the group sessions are so valuable. Angela is so easy to work with and so good at explaining things.I highly recommend this program."
Take the next step toward feeling more comfortable, with practical support for your gut health.
