I'm glad you're here. I started this business because I was so tired of seeing people paying so much for useless supplements and programs (with sketchy science behind them).
I'm out to start a new movement. One where self-validation comes from within (not people telling us what to eat and when). One where we learn the wonder of our body for ourselves. One where WE are in charge of what our body does and needs.
The gut microbiome sits right at the heart here. It impacts everything in your body, from your skin health, your brain function, your bone density, and just about everything in between.


It's the age of the influencer. So, it's important for you to know that I am properly qualified to be sprouting on about the gut microbiome.
I did my undergraduate qualifications in Nutrition and Food Science (quite a long time ago..) but I completed a PhD in nutrition and the gut microbiome in 2018 at Edith Cowan University in Perth. I've spent a few years in the lab with actual 💩, so I do know a lot about $hit, literally.
I'm so done with seeing instagram perfect meals and body shaming etc etc.
It's real life here. Proper real life.
I've got three teenage boys. They eat alot. I've got this business, some other work and a house to run.
There's no time for the impractical here.
