Helping science-led organisations translate complex research into confident commercial, educational and strategic decisions.

Scientific advances are happening rapidly. Organisations are increasingly expected to interpret emerging evidence, communicate it responsibly and make strategic decisions long before consensus has formed.
Whether developing new products, educating customers, supporting healthcare professionals or navigating scientific claims, translating complex research into practical business decisions has become both more important, but more challenging.
Many organisations have exceptional commercial teams. Others have outstanding scientists.
Having someone who can confidently step in, to bridge both worlds can put you ahead of your competitors.
Interpreting emerging research and translating evidence into practical, commercially relevant insights.
Supporting evidence-based product development and identifying opportunities emerging from nutrition and microbiome science.
Reviewing educational materials, scientific claims and communication to strengthen trust and accuracy.
Helping leadership teams understand where science is heading and what it means for their organisation
I bring a unicorn-type, rare combination of scientific and commercial experience.
Many scientific advisors bring deep academic and research expertise, while commercial consultants understand business.
I have a career built across both.
My background spans food science, human nutrition, microbiome research, scientific communication, higher education, product innovation and entrepreneurship. Having worked across academia, industry and my own science education business, I understand not only how to evaluate evidence, but how to translate it into decisions that create value for organisations.
This allows me to bridge conversations between research teams, commercial leaders, healthcare professionals and customers.
[And I'm also a warm, compassionate, humourous, go-getter, who loves working with new people]

Fractional scientific strategy and ongoing executive support.
