Managing all the informationJoin group sessions (live) each fortnight, how to structure your changes and how to best use the content.

Pillar One: Food + FibresDelving into the cool details and nuances with all the different types of dietary fibres and how they impact different species of bacteria. We talk about over five different sessions how to assess your intake, how to assess the diversity of intake and a plan to move forward with increasing your microbiome diversity.

Pillar Two: Other food componentsAcross the five sessions inside Pillar Two, we discuss all the other components in food that can also. impact your microbiome. These include positive things like polyphenols, but also less desirable things like simple sugars and alcohol.

Pillar Three: Lifestyle + Gut-Brain AxisThese five sessions delve into much greater detail about the gut-brain axis, the impact of stress and also things like exercise on our gut microbiome.
